As a “USER”, you shall fully understand that this library and relevant information are properties of DIO Corporation and shall be solely used for personal, non-commercial use.

DIO Corporation is, and shall at all times remain, the sole owner of all intellectual property and other rights (whether proprietary or otherwise) subsisting in, or used in connection with all digital libraries.

The USER shall not re-create, distribute, adapt and/or modify the libraries and relevant information (i.e., images, drawings, files, etc.) to any person without the consent of DIO Corporation otherwise, the USER will take all responsibilities for such consequences including but not limited to any legal actions from DIO Corporation.

Therefore, by clicking the "I ACCEPT" button, DIO Corporation grants you ("USER") an exclusive and non-transferable right to download and use the library/libraries in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Customer Agreement.
